Welcome to High Experience! "We" and "ours" refer to High Experience. High Experience operates this store and website, including all related information, content, functions, tools, products and services, with the aim of providing you (i.e. the customer) with a meticulously planned shopping experience (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). High Experience is supported by Shopify, enabling us to offer the aforementioned services. 
The following specific service terms, as well as any policies referred to in this service terms (that is, this "service terms" or "terms"), introduce the rights and responsibilities that are granted to you when using the service.

Your act of placing an order represents your offer to make a purchase. High Experience reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion. Before High Experience confirms the acceptance of the order, it does not mean that your order has been accepted. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please carefully check before submitting the order. Once the order is accepted, High Experience may not be able to assist you in canceling it. If we do not accept, make changes to, or cancel the order, we will attempt to notify you through the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchase transaction is only for return and exchange in accordance with our refund policy [link].
You represent and warrant that you purchase the products for personal or household use and have no commercial resale or export purposes. 
Section 4 - Prices and Bills
Prices, discounts, and promotional activities may change without further notice. The price charged for products or services is the price in effect at the time of your order. The price information is also listed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, the published prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs or import charges.

Section 5 - Delivery and Distribution
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery and distribution. All delivery times are estimates only and we do not guarantee them. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss immediately pass to you. 
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
Our services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, as well as related designs, selections and arrangements, are owned by High Experience, its affiliated companies or the licensor, and are protected by the laws of the United States and foreign patents, copyrights and other intellectual property rights.
This clause permits you to use the services only for non-commercial personal purposes. Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly operate, re-release, download, store or transmit any materials related to the services. Unless specifically stated in this clause, none of the contents of this clause grants or may be construed as granting you any license or other rights to High Experience, Shopify or any third party's patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of the services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. High Experience reserves all rights not expressly granted in this clause.
High Experience's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of High Experience or its affiliated companies or the licensor. Without the prior written permission of High Experience, you may not use such trademarks. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans in the services are the trademarks of their respective owners. 
Section 7 - Optional Tools
As part of the service, you may be granted access to customer tools provided by third parties. We do not regulate, control or intervene in these tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we will provide access to such tools "as is" when they are "available", without any form of guarantee, statement or condition, nor any endorsement. We do not assume any responsibility for any consequences or related matters arising from your use of the optional third-party tools.
The use of optional tools provided through the website is entirely at your own risk and is entirely up to you to decide. You should ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms on which the third-party providers provide the tools.

High Experience is supported by Shopify, allowing us to provide services to you. However, all sales and purchase transactions conducted in our store are directly completed through High Experience. We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provisions of these terms.
