Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
A return is only allowed if the conditions are met. Your goods must be in the same condition as when received, un-worn or unused, with labels attached and in the original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will inform you about the shipping method and location for the package. We do not accept goods that are returned without applying for a return.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order items upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged or sent in the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Discounted goods, clearance items or specially marked items are not eligible for this return and exchange service. If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us. 
We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns for promotional products or gift cards. Exchange
The quickest way to obtain the desired goods is to return them and then purchase new ones when the return is accepted.

Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and credit the refund.
