Current shipping information for HIGH EXPERIENCE orders, including supported destinations, rates, processing, and tracking.
Delivery
We ship worldwide, except Russia. This includes the Netherlands. Shipping fees and available delivery methods vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Free-shipping eligibility is separate from shipping coverage.
United States
Standard Shipping: $9.99 USD for orders under $150 USD. Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
China
Standard Shipping: ¥15 CNY for orders under ¥500 CNY. Orders of ¥500 CNY or more qualify for free shipping.
Central Asia & Türkiye
Tracked shipping is available to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Türkiye. Standard tracked shipping is $24.99 USD for orders under $199 USD. Orders of $199 USD or more qualify for free tracked international shipping.
Other International Destinations
We ship to all other countries, including the Netherlands, except Russia. Available delivery methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and current carrier availability. Depending on the destination, available services may include USPS or DHL Express.
Russia
We currently do not ship to Russia. Russian-language browsing may remain available on our website, but orders with a Russian delivery address cannot be completed.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch when available.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate only and may be affected by customs procedures, local delivery conditions, weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by HIGH EXPERIENCE. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
