I ordered this jacket for a last minute snowboarding trip in vermont in january. it luckily came very timely. this jacket kept me very warm in the 5-10° snowy weather for 8+ hours at a time, with a thermal and fleece baselayer underneath, however, I was not sweating from the warmth. i’m 5’8 120lbs with long arms and I went with the medium. glad I did as it fits all around perfectly, coming down to my fingers and covering my butt for extra warmth. all the zippered pockets are a huge plus for storing phone, wallet, keys, hat, and even a snack or two. with the snow coming down and taking a few harsh falls, I stayed completely dry, standing up to the waterproof aspect. the quality feels as if it will withstand a few seasons but only time with tell. overall, I love the over the head design and would totally purchase again
