Shipping Policy

Free Shipping For the United States, orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. For Canada and Australia, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 USD.

Standard Shipping For the United States, orders under $150 USD are subject to a flat standard shipping fee of $9.99 USD. For Canada and Australia, orders under $200 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20 USD. For other destinations, available shipping methods and fees are shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide, except Russia. This includes the Netherlands. Free-shipping eligibility is separate from shipping coverage; the free-shipping offer for the United States, Canada, and Australia does not limit the countries we ship to.

Estimated Delivery Time Please allow 14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
